Ju-Jitsu / self defence

You will learn how to defend yourself against different kinds of assaults. For example stranglehold, punches, kicks and knife attacks.

Usually you will train with a partner. You will learn to use holds and throws in a way that enables you to turn the opponents strength to your own advantage. You will also learn to use strikes and kicks against vulnerable parts of the human body.

Constantly we try to develop our training methods. In that way you can be sure, that the techniques are up to date and suitable for almost all kinds of attacks.
